“It’s just bad luck.”

But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. I didn’t feel fine and I knew I couldn’t be the only one silently struggling.

So I did what so many women are finally learning to do:
I advocated for myself.
I started researching.
I tried products that were recommended by trusted voices.
And for the first time in a long time… I felt better.

More energy. Less fog. Clearer skin. Balanced moods.
